Some pieces of video from last couple months. All the animals and fish are seen often at the various Snorkeling spots in Key West Snorkeling Spots.

Visibility was over 50 feet most of the day.

We took a picture of a bonnet head shark, don’t get too excited he was probably less then 2 feet long and very scared of people.

They are farthest offshore, which in general often means clearer water and their sanctuary status means larger fish are common and more likely to be visible.

Sometimes in windy weather these spots won’t be accessible and there can be awesome snorkeling a stones throw from Key West but conditions are more iffy.

There is cold front blowing through and the gulf stream is close so these conditions probably won’t last long.

Water is cooler, most people would want to wear a wetsuit or shorty if you are in the water for any length of time.
